1. Accra/Rockley Beach - Christ Church
| Beach along the south coast in Hastings Christ Church. Several small food and drink areas, beach shops selling wraps and beach toys etc. The water is mostly calm but at times has waves and strong currents. Good for body surfing and sometimes boogie boarding |

2. Drill Hall Beach
| Stretch of beach from the Hastings Police Station that continues to the Hilton Hotel. Great for low wave surfing and chilling out under the trees |

| One of the worlds most beautiful beaches. it's a small stretch of beach nestled between to cliffs. Public access on one side with The Crane Resort access on the other end. Body surfing and playing in large waves. Can be very rough at times as it is on the Atlantic Side of the island. |

| Nice stretch of beach along the Central West Coast of Barbados. From the Fish market on the south to just before Sandy Lane Hotel to the north. The beach has a few hotels, but mostly homes and rental properties. The water is mostly smooth and lovely, very swimable. There are times when it can be rouhd and wavy but only a few times a year does it get this way. |

5. Sandy Beach at Carib Beach Bar
| This Worthing area beach used to be wider than it currently is, but it is still a lovely beach for swimming with the children. Carib Beach Bar is there for drinks and eats. Beach Vendor has chairs and umbrellas for rental. You can walk this are from the Worthing Bath house going west towards Sandy Bay Hotel. |
