    Opened in 2009 by renowned Sydney Restauranter and sometime TV chef Matt Moran. This is his 2nd restuarant and Aria Sydney has been a firm favourite in Sydney fine dining for many years. The first 50 dollar steak in Brisbane but the critics say its worth it.

    Likely to receive popular vote amongst locals but a little out of the way for many tourists, positioned in the fashionable inner city suburb of Paddington.
    Owned by Brisbane stalwart and Frenchman Teirry Galichet who has created a pure piece of Paris with this Bistro.

    A magnificent stone and steel structure at Brisbane's only Winery Lurleens is much loved by locals and consistently booked out on weekends.The kitchen is run by one of Queensland's most admired chefs in Andrew Mirosch who is a regular with local t.v. and media. A 40 minute drive from the CBD with views over Moreton Bay, it is well worth the trip.

    The latest player in the revamped inner city Wooloongabba precinct on Logan rd and housed in a charming art deco building. Its all about the food, with a small yet delicious menu with dishes designed to be shared. No bookings so get in early.

    Voted 'Best Hotel in Australia' on several occassion this centrally located Icon offers several dining choices. Deery's is a well respected busy steakhouse or the Shelter Bar and Beer garden offer a casual menu including steaks and their infamous $12 Beef and Guiness Pie (with chips)

    Brisbane's latest, and largest, Bar but also offering a good restaurant on the 1st floor. Visually stunning with a retractable roof and $20 mill fit out this is where all the beautiful people can be found.

  • 17. Freestyle Tout - Emporium
    Freestyle Tout - Emporium, Brisbane, Queensland

    Brisbane's first 'dessert' restaurant, although also offering contemporary meals, this is a much loved and much desired place to spend an hour or two. Situated in the very funky Emporium centre with many other good eating options nearby either stay for the works or drop in after a meal for a truly decadent treat. Another Freestyle has just opened in West End.
