Golden Pine Hotel Baguio-NOT AN OPTION

I go to baguio as often as i can bcoz i like the climate there better than the city. I've tried hotels, inns and lodging houses there. One thing i will not suggest is the Golden Pine Hotel located at the corner of Yandoc (Legarda as they claim) & Cariño Sts.

Do not consider this as an option unless it's ok with you to have a room that stinks--carpet with smelly feet, a bathroom that has "where's the missing piece?" ceiling or "who invented the light?" bathroom since probably they don't know who is Thomas Edison (gosh! a light bulb costs cheeeap!), and a front desk con manager (as he claims named JOSEPH) who definitely is as irritating as a feather in your ear while someone's tickling your feet and yet your hands are tied. Can you imagine the force you wanna exert to get untied? That's most likely the same force of fist-to-face you wanna give Joseph.

I highly suggest PINES VIEW HOTEL because they have very nice accommodation, front desk personnel that are really nice and responsible plus the rates are very reasonable. There's a very least difference among other hotels (Prince Plaza, Baguio City Hotel, Concorde Hotel), but most hotels do not offer free breakfast, PINES VIEW HOTEL does. If you consider budgeting then I suggest you stay in inns (single-quadruple sharing) or lodging houses (for family or group). But if money isn't an object then I suggest you stay at Camp John Hay Manor or at Hotel Elizabeth.

One of the places I would like to go back to in Baguio. They have the friendliest room service attendants.
