1. Whistler, B.C.
Whistler, British Columbia
Ski, board, snowmobile or snowshoe on Whistler and Blackcomb in winter - or mountain bike, hike or ziptrek the same trails in summer.
2. Tofino, B.C.
Tofino, Vancouver Island
Whale watch in March, storm watch in February and sample thrilling cuisine in the excellent restaurants of this tiny former fishing village, the rest of the year.
3. Saltspring Island, B.C
Saltspring Island, British Columbia
Main town Ganges has an appealing selection of cafes, restaurants and shops.
