It's no sweat to find fun things to do in the Metroplex! The only problem you might have is not having enough time to do everything!
No trip to DFW would be complete without a trip to Six Flags Over Texas. With 10 new rides recently added, you will be having more fun than ever before!
Go for a fun day at the races at Lone Star Park. Easy to get to and situated right between Dallas and Fort Worth. Great food and fun. You can get really close to all the action.
3. Ameriquest Field in Arlington
A world-class ballpark to watch the great game of baseball. The Texas Rangers aren't the best team, but maybe they will be playing a great team you'd like to watch. Parking is easy and the ballpark is really something to see! There is a museum there, too.
For fine dining, look no further than Stephan Pyles Restaurant. Stephan is a world-class chef and Dallas is just one of the many places he has made his mark. Chicago, New York and South America have been privileged to have him, but he's recently come to Dallas with a bang. You will more than likely see many of the Dallas elite and maybe even a star or two.
5. Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District
A herd of longhorns parades through the stockyards every day! It's really a sight to see. Be sure to go to the world's largest honky-tonk, Billy Bob's. It's kid friendly. Lots to do and see. Shops, cold beer, and even an indoor rodeo! Try your luck on the mechanical bull.
