nice midtown hotel, rates as low as $70. Superior service. Really nice rooftop pool. Spacious rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Midtown or Piedmont Park. Did I mention superior service?
Beautiful historic landmark. Take a tour even if not going to a show. We saw "Wicked" and it was fabulous! Many outstanding shows scheduled in the coming months.
Lovely place to spend a morning or an entire day. Children's Garden (with a charming Peter Rabbit area), formal gardens, rose gardens, woodland area, Frog Pond.
Famous fountains from the 1996 Olympics; wear a swimsuit and get soaked (or keep your clothes on and get soaked!). Scheduled fountain shows with water bursts synchronized to music.
Neat place to get out of the heat. Lots of interesting vendors, historical markers, and good places to eat (Johnny Rockets, Mick's)
An Atlanta institution. Best chili dog anywhere. Good cheeseburgers. Excellent onion rings. The Frosted Orange (frozen drink) is fabulous.
