Explore the tidal pools of the Asilomar State Park in Pacific Grove California, great any time of year and any time of day. You will see a wide variety of sea life, crushing surf, imaculate sand and great climbing rocks. Relax or explore. Great place to catch the sunset.

2. Don't miss "Lover's Point."
Drive along the water's edge from Asilomar to Lover's Point and take a break on the small sheltered beach. Kids can swim in ocean or the public pool located next to Lover's Point beach house.
