    The "Cherry Blossom Capital of the World" - Japanese emperors came here to view the sakura, and the cherry blossom tress in Washington DC were from this area.

    A path that winds along a canal in Kyoto, lined with sakura trees. When there is a light breeze the blossom falls like a gentle snowstorm, and the canal is like a flowing carpet of petals.
