The views are positively amazing. Go on a clear sunny day and you can see forever.
Hop on the subway and go. GZMW is hard to describe but I simply would not leave NY without visiting (you must have tickets in advance - it is not "open" to the public in the traditional sense.) The images and first hand accounts were incredibly moving. Words cannot do it justice - buy tickets and go.
It's like walking through an Law & Order episode - I love it. It is a huge expanse of land in NYC and there is nothing like it.
Who needs Holllywood and film? Go see it live - there is simply nothing like it. You think you don't like musicals and plays? Try it -you will be hooked.
It is everything you see on television and more.....bright lights, crowds, food, drinks, non-stop fun.
If you have time to spare and are a TV buff, it is fun to see the behind the scenes stuff. You get to see a history of TV and sets of different shows (as long as they aren't taping). You might even see a celeb or two wandering the corridors.
