I wrote last October about this amazing Hotel. I feel I did not give the credit to Mrs. Alberta. Her energy and enthusiasm runs her Hotel to the highest of perfection. Her staff are Angels who perform the jobs to the maximum level. Like herself comes naturally. I told her before leaving "They clean under the beds!!!. Simply said and truly heartfelt, they are the best!!! Thank you dear Hotel Residence Corte Grimani, until we meet again, take care, stay safe.

Well equipped apartment in the absolute heart of Venice! The owner was so welcoming and couldn't hold back from making great suggestions for dining and exploring. We loved Venice and would love to return in the future. I would thoroughly recommend these apartments and just book a water taxi from the airport for an easy and beautiful door to door journey.Yes you will get lost at least a couple of times but it's all part of the experience

I never leave reviews. Ever. But our experience here was so noteworthy that I must. To begin, Vanessa is a gem. We IMMEDIATELY felt like family. She makes all of her guests feel comfortable and welcome. She is funny, kind, tough, knowledgeable, but most of all, she looks out for her people. When she found out we had to drag our 8337738272737282 suitcases from the Rialto stop despite being told we’d be dropped off closer, she grabbed the phone, made 2 phone calls, canceled the original service, and hired a new one for my inlaws who were arriving later that day. It was magic. As for the hotel itself- perfection! It was quiet, so clean, in a fantastic location, and comfortably housed my family of four and my in-laws In the same apartment while allowing us our own space. I hope to go back to Venice. I now count it one of my favorite places in the world, and if I do, it is NO question that I will return here (or go wherever Vanessa is at that time).

An excellent location for first time in Venice. Within walking distance to all the major attractions. Vanessa at the front desk very friendly and helpful. My only reservation would be to ensure you use the safe deposit box in the room. I wish I had.

Great location [4-minute walk to St. Mark's Square, and about 8-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge]. We had a third-floor apartment, with great views of the adjacent canal [gondolas and everything], from seven large windows. The apartment was roomy, with two beds, two bathrooms, a small kitchen, and dining area. This is not a traditional hotel, in that there is no night staff. Guests are given an entry code, for the front door, which is locked after about 5 PM. The rooms are well furnished, and all other "hotel" amenities are available. Vanessa, the "day manager", provided pre arrival support, and was there to answer all of our questions during our stay. She gave us numerous suggestions for restaurants, use of the waterbus transport system, and eventually coordinated power boat pickup [at the hotel dock] for transfer to the airport. She does everything! We'll stay here again!

We booked a stay for 4 people and I was surprised how much space was in the apartment. A large bedroom with king bed with a comfortable king bed in the main room. Having a washing machine in the room was a pleasant surprise. The highlight of the stay was having Vanessa at the front desk, an absolutely delightful person. It started with a text message suggesting options for how to get from the airport to the hotel. She knows the city and was more than happy to suggest places to visit that we hadn't known about. If you stay here, I highly suggest you talk to her.

The first thing to mention about this hotel is Vanessa. She is funny, informative and bubbling with enthusiasm all the time. She even whatsapped us one day before to check on our needs and provide us directions. And you certainly need precise directions (or Google Maps) in Venice. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Our apartment was pretty large with two separate rooms with comfortable beds. The decor, cabinets, bathrooms very all well appointed. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there are plenty of options within 5 minutes walking distance There was a small kitchen area; however, we didnt use it. They charge 50 euros for use of the washing machine, which is way too steep. But overall a very good experience and i would rate it 5 out of 5.

Our Italian adventure began in Venice with an amazing stay at the Residence Corte Grimani. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Vanessa. She is VERY knowledgeable and helped to start our trip off right. She immediately pulled out a map of Venice and started marking places to see, shop and eat. After chatting with her about the hotel and the area for about 15 minutes, we took the lift and our luggage to our room. We were on the 5th floor and the sloooooowwww elevator took some time to get there. Vanessa took the stairs and met us as soon as we stepped out! She gave a little tour of the room and wished us a wonderful stay. The room was enormous and clean. It's more like a little apartment. You enter into a small foyer, then the full kitchen/living/dining area through another door. In the hall is a full bathroom with a washer and then finally the bedroom with a king sized bed. Our only complaint was that the bed was pretty hard. The location is top notch as well. Even though the hotel is tucked away, we could still see the top of the Campanile from our room and some of the surrounding area. The gondola's park right around the corner and we would often hear a gondolier singing as they rowed by! It is a very short walk to St Marks Square, and the Rialto Bridge. When coming from the airport by boat, I do recommend that you get off at the Rialto Bridge stop. It's very easy, no bridges to cross and only the few stairs in front of the hotel to worry about. We will definitely return to Venice and will stay at the Residence Corte Grimani again!

We booked the Superior Apartment with Canal View and it was just that! There was a large living room, 2 bathrooms, huge closets, and large separate bedroom with a king bed. There was even a washing machine which we were able to utilize! The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short 5-8 minute walk from the Rialto bridge/water taxi stop and only 3-5 minutes from St. Mark's Square. Follow the directions given to you for arrival as it is a little tricky to find (especially at night)! However, this means it is on a very quiet street away from the crowds. The view from the living room was exquisite. Be warned, we went in November and slept with the windows open and got eaten alive by mosquitos! Other than that, everything was perfect! We found the best price by booking directly with the hotel. A perfect place to stay for our first time in Venice!

There is something very special about Vanessa; it is her smile, laughter, voice that sings like a song. Vanessa is full of joy, a treasure in every way. A Lady my husband & I had the pleasure to have met. Her duties as Concierge, Front Desk & a member of the Cleaning Staff, she is absolutely extraordinary. The apartment was impeccable. I was so very happy and my husband was too. The owner calls her staff "Four Angels”. Mrs. Alberta is an angel too. She generously met us very late after our arrival time because we were lost and walked around in circles for over an hour. Our Guardian Angel appeared, called the Hotel and walked us to where we were close for enough and pointed us in the right direction. Shortly after Mrs. Alberta met us and took us to her hotel. Our Guardian Angel didn't speak English, we don't speak Italian. Our eyes could translate how very grateful we were to her. She refused money, we didn't mean to offend but she had taken so much of her time to help us. She said and I understood," Pray for Me". We waved good bye and we all blew kisses to each other. We likewise helped three people lost to make their Bus connection in time. To help people that were as lost as we were was another gift from Our Guardian Angel.
