Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

As our son requires to sleep in our bed du to illness, reservation simply cancelled our booking . Business might be good that reservations can be turned down? Needless to say that the hotel can not be recommended.

Very disappointed by the owner behavior . Not at all commercial and flexible . We booked 4 nights in April 2021 for end of July . Mid July, the travel conditions changed in France / Corsica (due to the Covid restrictions mandatory implemented by French gouvernements) . We had to cancel our trip as we were not able to comply with the new conditions. I was expecting to not pay penalties as it was a change driven by covid external drivers. I had to pay 30% penalties with no flexibility (at least) to transform into voucher for next visit …. I will never go there ! Hopefully other hotels owners ( of our planned trip in Corsica) were more flexible and commercial !

Positive : beautiful pool facing the sea. The sea is made of rocks so not good to swim but nice spot for snorkeling. Negative : too bad the managers of the hotel are not as polite as the rest of their staff otherwise it would have been ideal. The general manager was literally disrespectful. Moreover when we checked in there was an issue with the shower (fixed the day after that) and we had no wifi in the room for the whole stay (4 nights) which was a bit annoying. Breakfast is good but pricey. So if you're looking for a short stay to enjoy the pool, I would recommend to go there, but if you're looking for an overall great experience I would look for another hotel.

This place deserves 4-star for comfort, quietness, service. But the internet is unsatisfactory in this price range. Teh people at the reception had no clue on how to restart a non-fucntioning internet. they have 2 networks one with upper cae , obne with lower case. one works, the other dont. a total mess. too bad.

We paid 110 euro for a room by the garden. The hotel has bettter rooms with ocean and sunset view, but expect to pay more. The garden view room was well sized with appropriate standard for the tariff. The double bed was an actual double, not two singles. Some nice details, some room for improvement. It got pretty hot outside when we arrived and sleep quality was very bad until we turned on the air condition. Somewhat noisy environment overall but not terrible. The hotel is well situated, overlooking the gulf. The outside areas (pool, sunbeds, restaurant) are quite nice. The pool could be bigger. Breakfast not really worth the money, but not sure if there's any other option nearby. Restaurant looked very promising based on reviews and location. Priced as a 1 Michelin star, food not even close to Bib Gourmand. Look for other places to eat better or cheaper.

Nice hotel, located in front of a bay; comfortable rooms with a small balcony, some have view over the bay; ask for it at booking. breakfast is nice, not much of variety from one day to the next, but home cooked and fresh, personnel are very kind. Attention: no catering proposed, so for lunch and dinner, you have to walk or take a car. For the rental I recommend taking it at the airport, a lot cheaper and lots of options. I highly recommend renting a car.

We stayed for one night in this hotel this July. Dinner was lovely however breakfast not good. We found the staff very helpful. Unfortunately the upgraded room we had was extremely basic. Outside area around the pool beautiful.

Nice place, pity of the bad service, poor breakfast and unfriendly personnel. It can be OK if you do not really need to stay in the hotel, as an excursion basis, but then it is too expensive.

We stayed there for a week at the end of August and really enjoyed it. There is a huge terrace with tons of loungers and umbrellas with 3 pools (of differing sizes). It's right on the sea front as you can see from the pictures, just a 5m walk across the rocks to the crystal clear sea. Worth bringing water shoes if you're planning on doing lots of swimming from the rocks. Water is some of the clearest I've seen, great for snorkeling but unfortunately not a huge amount to see. The beach (sand) is just 1km down the road. Sea is gently sloping so great for kids rather than a steep drop off. There's a continental breakfast included which was very nice with a large selection of homemade jams. No dinner offering so you need to go to the beach (we really liked Le Tarmaris which also did takeaway pizza) for restaurants. If you don't speak French I'd recommend a phrase book as not much is in English (menus etc). Drawbacks: WiFi wasn't great at all and didn't work for half the time we were there. Rooms are a bit dated and could do with a facelift. We asked for a double bed but got 2 singles (nothing new there) but it wasn't even made up as a double. I thought it was fairly pricy, but that did seem to be standard in Corsica at that time of year. Terrace made up for all the drawbacks in our opinion!
