We were at the hotel in August 2011 Hotel as a building is fine, nothing wrong with that. Location is also good. Hotel is lokated in the center of vilage and really 3 min walk to the sea. But If the service of the hotel is important for you then you should not choose this hotel. Dreadful. I did not have one day when the breakfast was not a problem. Every morning is a disaster to have breakfast. There is "too short of the tables" staff just do not want to prepare the tables for next guest. And staff do not bother to help you. I will never come back to this hotel. When I called the contact management, the management also did nothing to help me. I would not recommend this hotel. Village is fine ... really recommended.

We were relocated here from our original booking for 5 nights all-inclusive at the Palmira Palace. Beautiful hotel, almost clinically clean BUT; Only 2 other British couples(also diverted from Paradise) everyone else was German. This was reflected in (a) The selection of food, especially breakfast) (b) the timings of service of meals i.e. lunch 13.00-14.00 only and dinner 18.30 - 20.30 (c) Only German language channels on T.V. (not even Spanish!!) and (d) the staff's preference to speak German. This is not a 4 star establishment by any means and is certainly NOT geared to British guests or all-inclusive packages

The hotel is advertised as 4 star hotel, and they really have it written at the entrance of the hotel. But there is not way this facility meets 4 star standards. The rooms have not been refurbished at least for 20 years and they are very amortized. I paid a lot of money since it was advertised as a 4 star accommodation and I was really shocked when I saw the rooms. The rooms have been very amortized and equipped with a furniture from the beginning of the 80's. and in fact it seems the hotel just painted at least one extra star. The funny think was that the card from our rooms said it was a 3 star hotel. When I asked about it. I was told that it has changed two years ago. (no comment). The staff was kind and helpful, except sometimes the receptionists were trying to make a fool out of me when I complained about the quality of the accommodation. The director of the hotel never admitted the accommodation was not a 4 star. The quality of food was good. I attached some pictures from single room and from double room. The double rooms were little bit better, but still no way 4 stars.…
