The welcome on arrival, along with the comfort of the room made our stay at the Audlen Bed and Breakfast in Warkworth, the best place we stayed at in a week of travelling. The breakfast was also the best offered to us. more

Sue and Geoff Lillico were amazingly helpful and welcoming when we arrived absolutely drowned from a day of walking in pouring rain. They gave us assistance with drying our boots; tumble-dried our clothes and provided hanging space for jackets. Had a wonderful stay at this gem of a B&B. Every detail and thought had gone into the comfort of the guests. The four of us could not find anything to fault during our two night stay with Sue & Geoff. Their breakfasts were a delight and the rooms were both clean and comfortable and if we ventured into this neck of the woods again would certainly try to stay with them. In may 2009 we did the "Inn Way" (Mark Reid) with two friends. We were traveling by foot, carrying backpacks and came all the way from the Netherlands ( 5961ST34 HORST).
