A superb location directly across from the station. The rooms were in a separate building, each with their own front door, like little cottages. Stayed for 1 night on way down to south coast. Service ok, food nice, the only thing that really let's this place down is the noise that can be heard from room. Trains, cars, lorrys and chavs getting drunk.

There was no hot water, the customer serivice was poor, not only at the hotel but Marstons Inns also, the room was tidy, compact and resonable clean. Ideal location for Thacham Railway Station and town. Lively pub & restaurant bit of a funny smell in restaurant, staff a little disorganised and slow, good parking.

Me and a friend stayed here as it was near our friends house. The shower was cold due to plumbling problems and i left a bag of jewellery behind which disappeared by that evening. Room was clean, Breakfast was ok and staff were nice.
