Great resort, beautiful, however, had problems with air conditioning and no hot water at times. They moved us to a different room and we still had problems. My wife and I stayed at Gran Melia for five nights in August. They were running a special, so we got a great deal. The resort is beautiful and our room was very large and nice. The resort is kind of out of the way, so you will definitely need a car, otherwise you may feel trapped in the resort.... more
