When we arrived at the resort the main building was beautiful, the pool was beautiful. When we got to our room, the floors were dusty, and the shower curtain had mold inside. Gran melia grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed my stay but you really need to know what you are getting yourself into. Renting a car is a must. The prices of food are extremely high and you would be missing alot if you didnt venture outside the resort.
