Intending to stay for only two nights, we ended up staying for four. We were captivated by the beauty and serenity. The location was such that we were able to make it our base as we visited lots of interesting sites on that part of the island. Definitely a unique and positive lodging experience.

We just really enjoyed the hospitality and warmth of Bobbi Moreno's guesthouse in Kohala. It is easily found just up the street in Kapa au, from the King Kamehameha statue. The place is located on acres of rolling green hillside, and the guesthouse itself is a delight with lots of color and flowers.
