The place has magnificently built cottages which beautiful architecture. The place is also well maintained with lush green vegetation alongside a coffee estate! The service and hospitality is good. The place is proxy considering Yercaud is not a very pulsar tourist location.

Part of my feedback is also due to yercaud where nothing much to do apart from the poorly maintained town. It's heritage property but badly maintained. Doors don't latch and extra blankets had stains! Food choices were just above average. In general, service is good. They react to problems well. This would be last choice as a hill resort.

The first positive of this resort is the courtesy of the people there. Especially their General Manager, Gopi. In the reception, Selvi and Santosh are always eager to help you. Its located in the main part of the city with all sight-seeing nearby. Good locale and commuting much easier. The hotel is pleasant with good ambiance an a rich heritage. Very cool and pleasant climate to be in. Good food, good and courteous staff and above all many activities within the hotel.
