Good rooms and location. Room service poor. House keeping good. Restaurant was good. The room was neat and clean, Rest room was very clean and spotless. Location and accessibility to all vantage areas of the town is good. Ambiance and the crowd was good.

Yercaud is not a place with lots of tourist attractions and you might end up spending a lot of time in your hotel, so choosing a good hotel that provides varied options in its vicinity for enjoyment is a must. Very poor service....location is good...room is ok not so good...on the whole...not value for money...I checked in the hotel around 2 pM....they asked us to vacate 10AM though lots of rooms were not occupied....if they maintain star category rules and regulation....they should concentrate same in other areas like service room atmosphere....ethestetic luks as well....

If you have complimentary breakfast/dinner, they will not treat you as good as they treat others. Restaurant(Silver) the only place where I did not find satisfactory service otherwise Shevroys is your home in the hills.
