Excellent hotel. Reasonably priced, good breakfast. Nice big rooms. Good value during Oktoberfest, and no curfew. 30 mins walk to S Bahn (but I think there are buses to Ascheim too). Very friendly staff, with good English. No complaints whatsoever.
