we traveled to the meridia mar hotel expecting the worst , we arrived late evening the hotel room had a dreadful smell we decided to leave the next morning, when we awoke to a beautiful sunny morning. opened the door switched off the air conditioning, the hotel was basic very very clean, staff very friendly ,very few english this did not spoil the holiday (guest mainly spanish) we will return to the meridia mar in the future the area of the hotel is beautiful not commercialised hope it stays this way. safe for young families and couples . beautiful beaches
