The menu has to be seen to be believed - omelette arnold bennett, breadcrumbed herrings, kippers, full english, porridge cooked overnight in the aga, homemade granola - and the standard is very high. Wonderful value. The hosts are lovely, young, relaxed but ever thoughtful. This is the second time I've stayed here and it's even better.

We have stayed twice and cannot fault it. Anthony and Nanette are the perfect hosts from the welcoming tea and homemade cakes to the fantastic breakfasts. Nothing is too much trouble.
