The accomodation is excellent,a very attractive and spacious suite,very peaceful, with lovely views. Everything is beautifully clean and cared for. Jane is an attentive and kind host and also a very good cook and the breakfasts,dinner and light evening meal were all excellent and beautifully presented .

Superb accommodation - a suite of bedroom, living room and bathroom gives plenty of space and privacy. Fine views too and a pleasant, peaceful location. We had a lovely time at Beechgrove. We stayed for 3 nights and our stay was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the food was excellent. The first night we booked there for dinner and that was beautiful. If touring Cornwall then Launceston is a great place to base Helen & Ken South Australia

Jane is the perfect host and a great example of a B&B operator who has a passion for what she does. She's also a great cook. The suite is large, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. My wife, my daughter and I loved our stay at Beechgrove and will definitely return when we are next in the UK.

My wife and I stayed in November 2011 with her sister. Absolutely delightful discovery . A breakfast to remember. Now back in New Zealand but we shall stay again for our next visit to the UK. Kiwis now !

A very friendly welcome by the proprietors and a superbly furnished room, matched only by a fantastic breakfast. Excellent all-round. Sadly I only had a one night stay for business purposes, but I would happily come back with the family and/or recommend to friends.
