We stayed for just one night with our dog. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Our room had everything you could want including a bed and bowl for the dog. This was a big surprise as she stayed free of charge - most unusual. The food, in particular breakfast, was excellent. We will definitely return here.

We stayed at the Masons Arms for 2 nights last weekend and had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from the lovely rooms to the wonderful food. The atmosphere in the evening was fantastic as the restaurant was fully booked both evenings. We will certainly be returning as soon as possible.

Some places say they are dog friendly when they are simply dog tolerant - not the Masons Arms! We took both our dogs for a two night stay in the family room and were delighted at just how accommodating it was... there was even a welcome pack for them, assuring us that they, and we, would be well catered for.... Stayed two nights on a business trip. Very good service with a nice welcome. The room is modern and clean. The bed was a dream, very comfortable. Ate in there both nights, food was excellent and not badly priced. If on a leisure trip there is lots to do in the area and I would recommend using the Masons Arms... More

Third meal here as its the inlaws local and it never dissapoints. Food excellent and service great too. Would definitely go back again!
