La Mare Palu is set in beaultiful French countryside which is easy to find but sufficiently off the beaten track to make it an adventure. The warm welcome by Steve and Damian instantly makes you feel at ease. Nothing is too much trouble. The owners are excellent hosts and really want others to enjoy their house. The house is remote, but their company made all the difference (their cooking was very good too). We would defiantly stay at their cozy place again so that we could explorer more of the beautiful countryside, history, and local villages. more
