Spotless rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds and a fantastic breakfast. I don't use this word lightly but it really was perfect. The little extras and very warm welcome also set this place apart from a run of the mill B&B. I would give it six stars if I could!

Made very welcome by the hosts, room was large with good facilities, room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was very good with no penny pinching about portion size or amounts unlike some establishments. You would be very hard pushed to come up with a negative about this B & B - would highly recommend.

Our three night stay was excellent in every way - friendly welcoming hosts (including little Flo), impecably clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation, super breakfast choices catering for everyone (not all desire the full english although much enjoyed by one of us!). Carol was so helpful considering we were only staying for one night, even phoning us on the morning to say our room was ready, as we needed to change to get to a wedding.
