This former Carmelite monastery is a few hundred yards from the bustling main square of Les Vans – don’t miss the market on Saturday. The hotel bedroom was spotless, a bit small, with no air conditioning but this was not a problem. The food is just exquisite and both this and the room were tremendous value. We can’t wait to return.
