They overcharge for bottled water. The toilet door was broken. The A/C didn't work. The bed was lumpy. The finishes in the room look like they came from a strip club in the late seventies and my brand new pair of Ferragamo patent pumps got knicked here. The service staff are dishonest. It wasn't turned in to Lost and Found....
