The hotel was scruffy, and not very clean. We were the unfortunate victims of a burglary whilst staying at at this hotel.....however we received no compensation from Travelodge (who surely must have insurance against things like this)....all they could say was "Travelodge cannot be held responsible for this type of incident). Its a Travelodge. It was clean and had the basics needed but the selling point was the price. A place to stay for less than a takeaway. Did not notice the noise others have complained about. Was not impressed with the Little Chef next door although the garden centre also does breakfasts.
