This Travelodge compares just as favourably as others I have stayed in. Offering basic accommodation, it was clean and comfortable (no dingy corridors). Complimentary tea/coffee etc in the room (no biscuits), and one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. Hotel is situated next to a Little Chef and Burger King, so no problem getting food. There is also a large retail park close by and 3 pubs in Bayston Hill, which is about a 10 minute walk away. we booked one night in bayston after 3 great nights in the travelodge in ludlow.when we arrived.parked up,litter in the carpark and i mean alot.hedges obscuring the cars.so the local car thief could break into your car without being spotted.no cctv cameras visable.went inside and met the grumpiest member of staff going,no hello or smile.never heard of customer service?. got... more
