A very friendly hotel, the staff were excellent, the owner came outside to greet us opon arrival. Small enough to be informal but also offering excellent facilities. The Adler Hotel in Villabassa is wonderful, so comfortable and friendly, we didn't want to leave. It has a marvellous restaurant, lovely food, (up to seven courses on occasion) fine wines and a hospitable bar with a great local beer.
