Stayed here on a brief stopover at Narita airport. Excellent facilities, good room, very clean, extremely helpful staff. All round good experience. The only negative was it was a little further from the airport than I was expecting (maybe 20 mins bus journey), but aside from this, it was excellent.

Stayed here after a late flight into Narita. Clean and comfortable. Our toddler loved the kids play room after travelling for 12 hours! Shuttle bus was easy to catch and on-time, took approx 30 mins from airport.
