The Caberfeidh Guest House is situated near the shores of Loch Duich and most rooms overlook the Loch with views of the famous Castle (Eilean Donan) - the second most photographed Scottish Castle after Edinburgh, if you believe this sort of statistics. That is really as much as one can say about this place, as the owners are firmly in the business of hospitality, rather than hospitality itself. We committed the capital sin of arriving 30' before the official check in time (not communicated to us, by the way) and we were unceremoniously shown the door, after a trip of several hours. The rooms are very clean, but basic and anonymously decorated , though they have TV, radio and en-suite facilities. But the true downside is breakfast. First of all you have to fill in a card the night before, by a certain hour.
