The perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountains, awesome service, cosy rooms, great terrace, good food, nice small spa area......we are definitively coming back!!! We felt like home and the personnel always had time to stop and chat, but also to play with our little kid. Summer or winter, just the right place to relax!

I just spent a weekend with my daughters and had a lovely stay, the staff is really friendly, everything went well. We had a nice long walk to Gstaad which was beautiful. Thanks for the pleasant stay and hope to come back in the winter.

Saanenwald lodge is a lovely hotel on a wonderful location! It is located directly on the slopes. Rentals, ski school and lifts just a few meters away. Fantastic location ( the only one on the ski runs and in the forest) ON the slopes of the Hornberg , very quiet and easily reachable on skis either for lunch and / or for drinks on the wonderful terrace. If you stay overnight the Lodge staff will pick up on the various parkings in Saanermöser with their own snowmobiles... More

We stayed for the weekend 2.-3.3.2013 with our three kids. Location is just perfect. The skidoo trip is a great start for any vacation. In front of the terrace you've got BigAirBag -jumping spot, some rehearsal rails and hotel offers sledges for free. Rooms are not big but they are very nice and just renovated. The hotel is located in a spectacular location right on the ski slope, close enough to access but secluded enough to have a luxury stay. The rooms were cozy and the ambiance created by the staff and the design of the hotel was very welcoming. The service was excellent with very friendly and polite staff.
