Stayed one night here on a half board basis. We had actually won the stay in a competition and were put into an upgraded room. Very comfortable. Nice bed and amenities in the room including iron and ironing board. Nice bathroom with good shower. Quality toiletries in the bathroom. We had a spacious room, which was very nice. The hotel however does need to look at updating its antiquated TV system and also pay a little more attention to details such as the room mirror not being cleaned properly and still having smears on it and a radiator which half of was stone cold. What a great find. Lovely hotel, excellent staff and a fantastic gymn & spa facility. I'll definitely come here again. The rooms were spacious, bed comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower and free wifi in the room It's just off the M80 so I used it as a base to visit Glasgow & Perth over successive days

This is a great hotel for us to stay at as it's half way to the Highlands. Very nice and quiet room and a good buffet breakfast. The staff are very attentive. Dinner was OK - they need to work with the steak supplier to improve consistency.

My partner, my four year old ,my eight year old and myself went for a fab weekend. Hotel facilities were great, friendly staff, ideal for a wee treat. The food was gorgeous. We can't wait to go back without the kids!

Nice hotel and location you forget your in cumbernauld! Reception check in process is quick only one fault that the male receptionist did not inform us you can use the hotel swimming pool and other facilities. Nice rooms and the breakfast was good. Child friendly to.

We went to this hotel over a year ago and were a bit disappointed with the service both in the Grill restaurant as well as at breakfast, but decided to give it one more go. Rooms basic and bit dated for a 4 ★ but cannot fault it. Very clean with great bathroom would recommend no problem. Great spa and treatment area. Never ate at hotel so couldn't comment on this. Staff very helpful
