We have just returned from a two night stay at the Oliver Cromwell Hotel, whilst visiting my elderly mother who lives in March. This time we stayed in the main hotel itself, which was lovely. The room was spacious and well appointed. Clean towels and crisp bed linen. Warm and comfortable, with a balcony. We have stayed in many hotels...

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in February 2012. from email enquiries to the actual booking, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I needed a quiet room to work and that was exactly what I got. The room was extremely large with a balcony although I see most of the rooms do have balconies and it really...

The Oliver Cromwell is convieniently situated in the centre of March. The hotel is clean but basic and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was large and the bed had a very firm mattress whihc was not the most comfortable.
For a short business stay the Cromwell will provide you with everything you need including a hearty...

He found us a double room which was both spacious and clean with a good size bathroom. The hotel boasts a Gym and swimming pool although we did not have the time...

I stayed at this hotel recently for business. The hotel took my booking even though they didn’t have a room and so I was put into a 2 up 2 down apartment called the ‘Cottage’ which appeared to be a store for all the old furniture. There was a bath and other spares in cupboards in the sitting room and...

I've stayed in this hotel twice when in the area, most recently in Aug 2011, and this time I was really impressed. The welcome even when arriving late at night was very friendly. We stayed in room 7 which had a great bed, spacious 'living' area with seats, tables and a large TV, and other room amenities such as still...

The staff and very hospitable and give you treatment you'd expect from old friends!
We arrived at 2 AM and the gentleman at the front desk said, "You go straight to bed, we'll do the formalities in the morning!"
Breakfast was so-so, but they did make me fried eggs off the menu.
There's lots of parking too!
March itself appears...
