We have been shocked reading such a comment on our hotel. First thing to say: we are always open for criticsm to improve our service for our valued customers. But the accusations above are insulting our establishment and our staff, who always try to satisfy our guests. Our hotel has 3 stores. No elevator, but we build one this spring....
