Great service, fantastic place to visit. Our in room service by Akimi was a delight. The micro brewery beers were good too. So convenient to the public baths in the town.

One of the best places we stayed in Japan. From the time our complimentary bus picked us up from the station and the staff ALL met us at the front door to welcome us - this hotel (ryokan) was perfect!
