My stay at Hotel Planalto was in November 2011. I enjoyed my stay and all the staff at the hotel was very helpful and curtious. We had booked two Duplo Executivo rooms (booking.com). As we arrived at the hotel, the kind receptionist upgraded my husband and I to a super confortable suite (the kids were left to stay in the duplo executivo - not as good but confortable anyyway).
