We had no idea what to expect when we arrived in Casa Tres Amigos , some months ago. We wanted a different experience- a bit away from the frenetic action of beaches and yet accessible location. My husband being a German as well bonded well with Peter, our very hospitable and humorous host. We really enjoyed the local Gaon specialities.... more

Staying at Casa Tres Amigos was a mixed experience. The property is set in a quiet and picturesque location. My husband and I stayed in one of the bamboo huts and really appreciated the ambience. Casa Tres Amigos is a resort in a little village,called Assagao, the buildings and bungalows are portugiese styled,in the main villa are a few rooms,or you can sleep in a treehouse. The garden is wonderful,old trees,flowers and from the swimming-pool you have a wonderful view on the rice fields. The bungalows have their own terrasse and it is a nice... more
