Kathleen provided outstanding hospitality in a phenomenal area of natural beauty in Donegal. The view from the B&B is phenomenal. The upstairs room that we used was very well appointed including the en suite. A great pub a few kilometres away with excellent food.

Having just spent the weekend in Kathleen and Michael's lovely home, we cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. The house is located overlooking the Poison Glen on the slopes of Errigal Mountain - with views to take your breath away. Kathleen and Michael were fantastic hosts and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The house is tastefully decorated, extremely... More

We recently had a great one night stay at the B&B. Kathleen was a wonderful host and the room was very nice with wonderful views down the glen and mountains, especially from the breakfast room. We needed to get down to the south of Donegal the next day but would love to come back to see more of this area... More

Stayed here for a night recently whilst attending a music festival in the area. Found it to be a really good B&B, the location is beautiful, looking over the poison glen lake and hills aswell as Mount Errigal to the other side. Breakfast was delicious and the lady of the house was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely return here.

I can not recommend this little haven enough. Kathleen O'Maghony welcomed us into her home just last weekend and we had a truly magical experience. Set on the edge of mount eriggle and overlooking a beautiful lake, this little B&B is highly recommended to anyone looking to escape from it all or to experience the real heart of Donegal. Kathleen's... More

We stayed in early August while touring Donegal. The B&B is beautifully located down a quiet lane and high over the lough with fabulous views over the valley. Immediately behind the house is Mount Erigal, Donegal's highest mountain. The house is quite new, spacious and beautifully furnished and equiped. Our en-suite bedroom was spotless. The owner, Kathleen is the perfect... More

We stayed here in late June, the guest house is in a beautiful location and the lady owner was very hospitable with lovely facilities. The shower in the en-suite was fantastic and the breakfast was beautiful. Highly recommended.

We were driving west on the highway, crested the hill, and there before us lay this beautiful valley--with Mt. Errigal, Poisoned Glen, and an old church on a hill above a blue, blue lake. I immediately said, "I don't want to go any further--we've got to stop here!!" From Glen Heights B and B, you can see it all. And... More
