We spent a week with friends in Yama Shizen East in apartment 404, which has three bedrooms, and everything about it was just great. It's beautifully decorated and modern, with a laundry room, well-appointed open-plan kitchen and large, comfortable living room looking towards the mountain, free wi-fi, flat-screen TV – the works. Also, the Australian power points as well as... More

We booked our ski holiday in Niseko through Hokkaido Tracks and it was a really great experience! For those who haven't been, Niseko has the 2nd largest annual snowfall in the world and I have never seen so much snow (and I lived in Canada for most of my life!). So, fabulously powdery conditions!!!! Hokkaido provides a great service, arranging... More

We stayed at the Yama Shizen studios and it was just perfect. We booked it through Hokkaidotravel.com.au and they were just amzaing. Australians with a passion for Japan - knew exactly what we wanted, instant response, instant action, they picked us up from where the bus dropped us off even though it was only a 5 minute walk! Loved your... More

As a first time user of Hokkaido Track Holidays, i'm deeply impressed with the standard of apartments under management and the level of service provided. We chose Youtei Tracks primarily for its central location in middle Hirafu and easy accessibility to most areas. The vincinity is peaceful and quiet which was to our liking and our studio room (306b) was... More

Power Tracks Loft Apartment 11 was a terrific place to stay. The website photos are an accurate representation of the apartment which has everything you want and the most magnificent view of Mt Yotei. It has all the technology you need: Australian power outlets so no need for adaptors, fast internet, cable TV with lots of channels (better than other... More

As a returning Hokkaido Tracks Holidays (HTT) client, I am always assured of great service. The booking agent was very helpful in recommending a property which suited our family needs (2 adults, 1 senior, 3 children) and the concierge service is comprehensive including advanced restaurant reservations which is essential during peak period. We stayed at Konkurrito K which is a... More

We have just had a great stay in Yama Shizen East (studio with king bed) for 11 nights. Whilst the weather was apparently the worst week of the ski season so far (blizzards on most days), we still enjoyed our holiday very much! The studio is well designed in a minimalist, very clean, compact way, but well equipped if you... More

Yama Shizen East is luxurious, well appointed and ultra-modern. The concierge is very helpful and the location is fantastic. Staying here has significantly enhanced our Niseko experience. What a treat!

If you're after an authentic Japanese experience then don't do Hokkaido Tracks or Niseko for that matter. But if you want a nice luxurious, well appointed apartment/house, convenience of english speaking concierge & western style then this will probably suit you fine. We stayed at Konnkuriito N (Asobi Dokoro) which was great house in lower Hirafu near the onsen. It... More

Our family of four just completed a wonderfully memorable trip to Hirafu in Niseko. The skiing was unparalleled, and our accommodations (Yama Shizen East) managed by Hokkaido Tracks was top notch. Yama Shizen East and West are approximately five to ten minutes walk to the Family Lift depending on snow conditions and whether you are carrying your skis/boards, boots and... More
