The first thing to say is that there are some positive things about this hotel - it is very close to the airport (about 2 minutes in a taxi or on the hotel's shuttle bus), the receptionist was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about how to get into Valencia itself, and the staff behind the bar were also very friendly.... We chose this hotel for the convenience to the Valencia airport and our morning flight to Palma. Check-in was efficient. Room was very nice. Snack food was available in the bar mid afternoon. Only stayed one night, for an early morning departure next day. Reception staff were very efficient and extremely helpful. Room was modern; spacious; and bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located, a few minutes from the metro. Experience better than I had expected for an airport hotel.
