My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights on Christmas break. Everything was perfect, one of the best Bed & Breakfast we've stayed. The gourmet breakfast was delicious. Robyn and David are such great hosts and helped us getting around the region.

Abelia House was a totally unexpected gem. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the communal areas were welcoming. We had not visited the Hunter Region before and enjoyed a wonderful four day break at Abelia House. The room was so comfortable and super clean and looked out onto a beautiful rose garden in full bloom. The bed was comfortable and the linen crisp. We have visited the Hunter Valley so many times, but never stayed at Abelia. What a beautiful surprise!! Robyn and David have thought of everything. Had a wonderful time, the perfect hosts made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb as was afternoon tea. The gardens and setting are very inviting and the bed super comfortable.

Robyn and David weclomed us warmly to Abelia House. Arriving mid afternoon in winter the fire was well lit and keeping the house warm. This is a wonderful place and great location. Beakfast is supreme and service great. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
