I visited The Metta Centre recently, when my karate club Masuri in Highams Park london E4, arranged a week of multi-art training. Tranquil location, breath taking scenery. A warm family welcome from Jeff and Nicky. so whatever your pleasure, whether it be climbing, walking or just a pampering chill out this is the place to be.

This was my second visit to the Metta Centre and it was even better than the first. Staying the centre is like staying at a second home, very relaxing and the region is absolutely beautiful. A special place run by special people.
