no wifi, but that's not really a problem. The Residence is located on top of a hill, over-looking parts of Lake Garda, for those without a car, there are busses to Desenzano.Breakfast is Italian-style( i.e. ggod Espresso, Cappucino etc. plus rolls, marmalade and some local sausages)

Stayed with my family and some friends. Fantastic view of the Garda Lake from the rooms and fromthe terrasse. Apartments needs some paint and maintainance, though. Great "garden" with olive threes and a barbecue. Mini-shop with own bakery withn walking distance. Big supermarket few kilometers away. Our two teenagers loved the place, too.

Stayed there for 5 straight days, hanging out at the pool most of the time. It's a very lovely family owned hotel, with stunning views. The olive garden which produces famous olive oils belong to the family too. Had a thai massage organized by the hotel in the garden under the olive trees. most of the guests are returned guests...
