Hotel L’Espoir at Barmasc is one of those little gems you come across every so often. It is far enough outside of Aosta to be removed from the tourist flow, but close enough to all Ayas and surrounding area has to offer. We were traveling across Italy, and we were lucky to have saved the best for the last! L'Espoir is a beautifully-designed B&B at Antagnod (Aosta valley) that blends perfectly with the white ski slopes of Italian Alps on which it sits.
