My husband and I recently stayed here for 2 nights and we were not impressed. We booked a non smoking room and of course they put us in a smoking room. We complained and they moved us to another "non smoking" room and it was slightly better. The cost per night was £65pn for a three star, but it's not.... more
The owners have put a lot of effort into their website to promote the Sereno as a really nice place to visit. Beware !
