“very unpleasant experience”

don't know how previous reviews scored high for this hotel as 1st impressions from entering lobby was not good. Hotel dated and would need a complete refurbishment. Good hotel with good facilities. If I had to come back in this area I would pick it again. Excellent. Hotel has all the modern amenities and on premises restaurant and bar. English spoken, secure parking, very good restaurant , fantastic breakfast, more american than continental.
