Couldn't rate this B&B highly enough. A lovely period property tastefully decorated and with the all the comforts of home. The owners couldn't be more helpfull. We enjoyed a restful and relaxing stay with a full Devon breakfast to keep us going all day. However if you wanted choice of breakfast there was certainly plenty on the menu. Location is... More

My mother and I stayed one night at Newcourt Barton B&B last weekend to attend a funeral and Helen could not have been more thoughtful as we thought we might arrive late and she'd pulled the curtains and made sure we knew how to get to her in the dark. As it was we arrived in the light - which... More

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit the Tar Barrels at Ottery St Mary. This B&B is beautiful and has recently been fitted with new carpets. Our bedroom had a gorgeous veiw over the fields. Helen was a perfect host and served up a very generous breakfast. We would definitely not hesitate to return here.

A perfect "get away from it all" B&B based on a working farm. Although it is close to the motorway and so very accessible it is located in a quiet locatiobn in beautiful countryside. Aftre driving from London we were met by Helen, the owner, with a welcome pot of tea in the lounge before relaxing in the well appointed... More

A superb bed and breakfast - location, welcome, comfort - all exceptional. Peaceful location set amongst farmland and yet near to M.5. Many thoughtful touches provided by the lovely host, Helen, even two white robes hanging in the wardrobe which are not provided by many far more expensive hotels. Rooms tastefully decorated and spotless. Lovely dining room with an excellent breakfast choice,... More

I stayed in the 2 bedroomed suite with my other half and Mother this month for a night and it was a lovely place. Very nice owner Helen, who made us feel very welcome, along with the 2 farm dogs who were delightful and a lot of fun to play with. Lovely surroundings - fields full of lambs. Suite was... More

Travelling with my partner on the way to a meeting in Exeter. Farmhouse accommodation nestled in breathtaking countryside yet so easily accesible to motorway a short distance away. Rooms great, hostess great, breakfast great. What more could you ask for.

Helen is a wonderful host at this lovely, peaceful B&B near Cullompton. The guests use one wing of the farm house and the hosts live in the other. It's a working farm with Suffolk and Dorset sheep, and arable. The location is perfect if you are after a quiet, contryside location; we ate a good meal at The Five Bells... More

Having spent far too long online looking for a good farm b&b for my young nephew and myself, I arrived for our four night stay at Newcourt Barton with a measure of hope and trepidation. Would it look as good as it appears on the website or had I made a big mistake? I needn't have worried because from arrival... More
